I had a wonderful experience at this hotel with beautiful views of the national park and the waterhole. The rooms were fantastic with a mesmerizing view of the park. The service was top-notch and could use a visible manager for added efficiency. The location is perfect, close to the national park but not too close to the airport. The dining, offering homemade pasta, was a real treat. The facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
